the short version: you can play without an account. your pookie choices stay on your device except when a combined paint or final combined render sends the selected design to the GetFigure design service. there are no analytics or advertising trackers on mypukki.

who controls the information

mypukki is a brand and website operated by GetFigure, a UK sole trader. GetFigure is the data controller for information collected through this site and the checkout. Orders are sold and fulfilled by GetFigure, which is the legal trader and merchant of record.

what we collect

• while you play: your pookie choices are stored in your browser’s local storage. the GetFigure design service receives them only when a combined paint is needed, meaning a colourway plus an extra or two extras, and when you request the final combined render. the site does not need an account, name or email.
• technical records: Hostinger receives IP address, browser, time and request information in short-term hosting and security logs. the site’s typefaces are served by mypukki itself, not a font provider.
• when you order: your selected design, generated preview and 3D model; name, email, phone and delivery address; order, approval, payment-status and tracking information; and support, return or safety messages.
• payments: Shopify and its payment providers handle full card details. GetFigure receives payment status, not your full card number or security code.

why we use it

• to run the game feature you asked for: necessary browser storage and our legitimate interest in providing the site;
• to generate a preview at your request: steps before a contract;
• to take payment, make, check and deliver the figurine: performance of the contract;
• to answer messages, prevent abuse and handle faults or safety reports: contract and legitimate interests;
• to keep tax, transaction, traceability and safety records: legal obligation; and
• for any future optional tracking or electronic marketing: consent, asked for first.

we do not use the game for behavioural advertising, profiling or a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects.

who helps

• Hostinger hosts mypukki in the EU.
• Shopify provides GetFigure’s checkout and order system and connects payment providers.
• Meshy AI in the United States helps turn the chosen design into images and a 3D model.
• The manufacturing partner receives the production model file and order reference, not a customer photo.
• Delivery carriers receive the contact and address details needed to deliver.

we may also share what the law requires with authorities or advisers. we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

international transfers

GetFigure is in the UK, Hostinger is in the EU, Meshy AI is in the United States, and Shopify may process information in several countries. where the law requires a transfer safeguard, we use an applicable adequacy decision or contractual protection such as EU standard contractual clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum.

how long we keep it

• game choices stay on your device until you clear them;
• an abandoned, unpaid preview and draft model are deleted within 30 days after last activity;
• a paid-order production model is kept for up to 12 months after delivery, then deleted or anonymised;
• the print partner is instructed to delete its model copy within 30 days after dispatch unless a live fault investigation needs it;
• core order and tax records are normally kept for six years;
• support messages are normally kept for two years after closure; and
• routine technical logs are normally kept for up to 30 days, unless needed for a security investigation.

your uk and eu rights

depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your information, object to legitimate-interest processing, or withdraw consent for future use. email contact@mypukki.com. we may verify identity and normally respond within one month.

you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113. in the EEA, you can contact the data-protection authority where you live, work or believe a breach happened.

US privacy rights, including california

where a US state privacy law applies, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete or receive a copy of information; opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising; limit certain sensitive-data uses; appeal; and receive equal service. the CCPA/CPRA applies only to businesses meeting its thresholds; this notice does not claim GetFigure meets them.

GetFigure does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. requests and authorised-agent requests can be sent to contact@mypukki.com.

children

the free game does not ask for an account or personal details. the physical pookie is a 14+ collectible, not a toy. anyone under 18 should ask a parent or guardian before ordering or sending personal information. contact us if you believe a child’s information was provided improperly.
