the terms, in plain english

mypukki is a free place to make a small character, dress them up and share them. you can also choose to have that character made as a real figurine. these terms cover both parts.

who runs this

mypukki is a brand and website operated by GetFigure, a UK sole trader. Orders are sold and fulfilled by GetFigure, which is the legal trader and merchant of record. Trading address: 240 Hendon Way, London NW4 3NL, United Kingdom. Contact: contact@mypukki.com.

the free game

you can use the dress-up game without an account or payment. your saved choices stay in your browser where possible, so clearing browser storage, changing device or using private browsing may remove them.

we may add, change or retire characters, outfits and features. we do not promise that the free game will always be available or uninterrupted, but we will not use that wording to avoid responsibility the law places on us.

the artwork

GetFigure owns or licenses the underlying pookie characters, artwork, wardrobe pieces, site and software. you may make, save and share your own pookie using the tools provided, including posting a screenshot for personal use. you may not scrape or extract the assets, sell the underlying artwork, pretend it is yours, or use the service for unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative material.

your particular combination of choices is used to make the item you ask for. buying a figurine does not include a digital 3D model file or transfer ownership of the underlying mypukki artwork.

ordering a real pookie

the product is a made-to-order, full-colour 3D-printed figurine based on your chosen design. A manufacturing partner produces the full-colour 3D print. The London fulfilment team quality-checks and repacks it before dispatch.

you buy directly through the mypukki checkout and the charge is made by GetFigure. prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include taxes charged by GetFigure at checkout. any delivery charge appears before payment.

after checkout, we show you the production 3D preview. nothing is printed until you approve it. check the shape, pose, colours and details carefully. approval lets production begin, but it does not remove your rights if the finished figurine is faulty, damaged or materially different from the preview.

changes, cancellation and unusable designs

you may request reasonable changes at preview. you may cancel for a full refund at any time before approving the production preview. after approval, production may start straight away, so a change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be possible.

if the design cannot be turned into a usable production model after reasonable attempts, you may choose another design or receive a full refund.

personalised goods

the standard 14-day change-of-mind right does not apply because each figurine is made to your specifications and clearly personalised. the relevant rule is regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

that exception is only about changing your mind. it does not affect rights for faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed goods.

delivery and import charges

We deliver only to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and the United States of America. Delivery takes 7–14 days from approval. tracking is sent after dispatch.

UK delivery: no import fees. US: import duty may be charged by US Customs on arrival, and state or local sales tax may apply. a carrier fee may also apply unless checkout expressly confirms it was collected.

faults and damage

contact contact@mypukki.com within 30 days of delivery if the figurine is faulty, damaged, unsafe, wrong or materially different from the approved preview. include the order number and clear photos if you can. GetFigure will provide the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by law and will cover reasonable return costs for a faulty or incorrect item.

the 30-day route does not shorten legal rights. UK customers keep their rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. US customers may have additional non-excludable federal or state rights.

small differences in colour, surface and fine detail are normal in full-colour 3D printing. they are not faults if the item remains safe and materially matches the preview.

safety

the physical pookie is a collectible display piece, not a toy, and is not suitable for anyone under 14. it can contain small parts and broken pieces can be sharp. read the safety page before ordering.

responsibility

nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, unsafe products or statutory consumer rights. GetFigure is not responsible for unforeseeable loss, business loss from a consumer purchase, or a delay caused by an inaccurate address you supplied, though we will reasonably try to help.

privacy

the privacy and cookie pages explain what the game stores, what happens to a design when you order, and who helps make and deliver the figurine.

law and contact

these terms are governed by the laws of england and wales, and its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. mandatory local consumer rights and access to local courts still apply.
